Here’s what others have said: “Joe and I were colleagues at Cleveland Clinic when he introduced Servant-Leadership. Later when I served as the CEO of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, these principles translated very well and were a big help to the successful launch of the new hospital. They can help your organization as well.” Dr. Marc Harrison CEO, Intermountain Health System “Joe spoke at a meeting with our extended senior leadership team, and we all read his book. His practical real world experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer resonated with the team and we came away with several ideas that we are currently implementing.” Dr. Andy Agwunobi CEO, University Connecticut Health System “It is a special treat to find a guide to Servant-Leadership that goes beyond homilies and platitudes to address the ‘how to’ of making it real for the leader and their organization. His book is truly a practical guide that deserves your time and attention!” Leonard A. Schlesinger, Baker Foundation Professor-Harvard Business School. President Emeritus-Babson College “All institutions will benefit by what Joe Patrnchak has to teach and engage us in”. -Geneva Johnson United Way 1978 as Senior Vice President responsible for strategic long-range planning and public policy; President and CEO of Family Service America 1983-1994; 1985 Savvy magazine top 12 nonprofit executive women in America; 1990 Business Week magazine named her one of the top five best managers in the US in the social services field.
